Excellent experience with customer service. Friendly staff that are always kind and courteous, and open to answering any and all questions (there are never “dumb” questions). Smiling faces throughout the office and clinical areas that create a warm and inviting atmosphere – a major plus in any allied health field, especially when dealing with children and young adults. You can take comfort knowing that your needs are important and that you are not just another appointment slot filled. ???

About a year ago I had Invisalign done at Blue Ridge. At 40 years old I wasn’t real excited about it, but the doctors and all the staff at Blue Ridge have been amazing to work with. I love how easy Impressions is. I had braces when I was younger, and didn’t look forward to the regular adjustments. Now I just switch to the next set of trays every week. And my mom is happy not to have to fit another appointment into our schedules. But we know if we need help, Dr. Roberts is there. Everyone at BRO has been great!

We visited with 4 other orthodontists before settling at Blue Ridge Orthodontics. We have a son with cleft palate and he has special needs for his care. I really needed someone to advocate for us with insurance companies to get the money to pay for his care, as it is essential not just esthetic. Other offices were not willing to help me. They said I was on my own. Blue Ridge has gone over and beyond in helping get the financing we need to help our little guy. I can’t tell you how much this has eased my mind and relieved my husband and I of a lot of pressure. I’m so grateful for the care he’s receiving and I know the outcome is going to be amazing! Dr. Roberts is the most compassionate man and his staff truly works for us! Our kids love to visit the office and I do too. I always have great conversations with the front desk ladies. With two kids in braces we will be there a lot. 🙂

I had a “severe” crowding case and had been told repeatedly by dentists that Invisalign would not be an option for me, and that there just “wasn’t room” for all my teeth in my mouth. Dr. Roberts certainly proved them wrong! At every step of the way my concerns were listened to and my wishes as a patient were respected. Dr. Roberts considered the effects on my entire face in his treatment plan and it shows. I ended up with a beautifully natural look and a flawless bite – no extractions needed. I couldn’t be happier with my result! If you are at all interested in Invisalign (or any other type of braces), BRO is THE PLACE to go. It is truly amazing what they were able to do for my smile.

Lake & Ellery always have wonderful visits at BRO. One thing I especially appreciate about this practice is that they offer both male and female orthodontists. While visiting Asheville, my son ran out of rubber bands. We called everywhere trying to find someone open with rubber bands and on Saturday. Two amazing ladies at Blue Ridge Orthodontics gladly helped us out! They were real life savers!
